[INTERPOSING VOICES]

JOE BIDEN: Great to see you, man. From really the bottom of my heart. You're changing people's lives. You're changing the country. Thank you. You really are. Thank you. Very, very much. I really mean it.

- Mr. President, what do you say about these guys?

JOE BIDEN: They're the single best in the whole world. And by the way, when we finally got access to the vaccine, we found we didn't have enough vaccinators. We didn't have enough people putting shots in people's arms. So the first place I went, I went to FEMA, and I went to the Defense Department. And this is it, man. They're the best.

- Mr. President, what message are we sending to Iran with this military action?

JOE BIDEN: You can't get-- you can't act with impunity. Be careful. All right.

- Thank you again.

JOE BIDEN: Thank you again.

- For everything you do. And thank you.
