Texas judge in disbelief after DA allegedly violates gag order

Guyger is accused of entering her neighbor's apartment in September of last year and shooting Botham Jean dead. Guyger says she thought he was an intruder.
The prosecution has raised questions about how Guyger missed several clues that it was not her apartment, including the smell of marijuana.
Guyger's defense says she made a terrible mistake, but it was not out of evil. She was fired from the Dallas police force a few days after the incident.
