Brooklyn Nine-Nine actor Terry Crews and his wife, Rebecca King Crews, want to expand their family via adoption.

“It’s something we discussed back when we were first married,” Rebecca tells Us Weekly. “It was something that I always felt kind of called to do. I would see ads in magazines, and I would just stare at them like, ‘I’m going to do that one day.’”

The former NFL player and the gospel singer are parents of daughters Naomi, Azriel, Tera and Wynfrey, as well as son Isaiah. “We got to number five and decided we were done making our own. Our joke is we’re going to get one from someone else,” Rebecca, 50, says. “Our kids are harassing us. They are like, ‘When are we going to do it?’”

Adds Terry, 47: “I keep saying, ‘We’ve got to wait until we’re ready,’ but we weren’t ready for our own kids. It’s weird. You’re never ready … Literally, one day we’re just going to have to do it!”

The couple, who wed in 1990, shared that the secret to a strong marriage is forgiveness. “You have to let things go, or one brick becomes a wall, and the wall separates you,” Rebecca says. “You have to talk it out. You’ve just got to decide within yourself to let it go.”

In February, Terry loaded videos to Facebook where he revealed that he was addicted to pornography and had to go to rehab for the problem.

“It really, really messed up my life in a lot of ways,” he admitted in a Facebook video. “I had the biggest sense of entitlement ever. I felt the world owed me something. I felt like my wife owed me sex.”

The actor continued: “If day turns into night, and you are still watching, you probably got a problem. My wife was literally like, ‘I don’t know you anymore. I’m out of here.’ … I had to change because I realized, yo, this thing is a major, major problem. I literally had to go to rehab for it.”

Terry once abstained from sex for 90 days to help him reconnect with Rebecca.

“Ninety days — no sex, all relationship, all talk, all cuddles,” he told The Huffington Post in October 2015. “I found that at the end of that 90 days I was more in love. More turned on. I knew who she was.”
