Tennessee football running back Dee Beckwith enters transfer portal

Here are the Tennessee football players in transfer portal

Tennessee running back Dee Beckwith has entered the transfer portal after failing to find a role on the roster in two seasons.

Beckwith, a 6-foot-5, 227-pounder, signed with UT as a three-star athlete in the 2020 class. He played quarterback, running back and wide receiver at Florence (Alabama) High School.

But with the Vols, Beckwith never established himself in a steady role. He never fit at safety or linebacker on defense or tight end on offense. Most of his five games played were spent on special teams.

At running back, Beckwith had four carries for 27 yards in two seasons. He had one rush attempt in 2021 despite injuries to multiple running backs ahead of him on the depth chart.
