Temps dip ahead of warm, clear Sunday

(PINPOINT WEATHER) — Good evening and happy Saturday! It was a beautiful Saturday across the Carolinas, with comfortable temperatures and ample sunshine. More of the same is on the way for Sunday and is likely to continue into next week. Along with the dry weather, temperatures will be getting warmer, with mid-80s likely on the way as we head into next week.

As for tonight and Sunday, clear skies are expected overnight along with cool temperatures as we likely dip back down into the 40s by Sunday morning. More blue skies are expected during the day, with high temperatures that will push into the low 80s across the central Carolinas.

Heading into next week, we are generally expecting more of the same for the region. Temperatures get even warmer on Monday as highs will push up into the mid-80s Monday and Tuesday afternoon. An isolated shower is possible on Monday, with a weak cold front moving through Wednesday, followed by slightly cooler temperatures later in the week.

In the meantime, enjoy the wonderful weather on Sunday! Have a great night!
