Temps cool down over weekend
(PINPOINT WEATHER) — Happy Saturday! Our temperatures today change from the frequent 80-degree days we’ve gotten so it’ll feel a little cooler out today!
There’s a cold front pushing towards our area today but it will be relatively dry. There’s a small chance of a shower and a slight chance of a pop-up thundershower. Mostly south/east of Charlotte would get the pop-up thundershower and the risk is small, so don’t fret too much. However, as said, the air is getting cooler as the highs will only reach in the mid-upper 70s and the lows will be in the low 60s.
Sunday is going to feature rain and a cold variety at that. Afternoon temperatures will stay steady in the 50’s. A big contrast to the beginning of the week!
Tonight: Showers late, mostly cloudy. Low 63.
Sunday: Rainy and much cooler. High 59
Monday: Clear. High 66
