Temperatures warm up as rain chances remain low

Columbus, Ga (WRBL)- The 80s move back into the forecast for Wednesday afternoon, expect plenty of sunshine for the first half of the day with light winds.

A weak front will begin to move out of Tennessee by this afternoon and eventually approach the Chattahoochee Valley by this evening. Clouds will increase and a stray shower is not out of the question this evening mainly north of Columbus.

This front will likely linger around the area on Thursday with a mixture of sun and clouds and a stray shower or two, by Friday, a warm front will lift across the area and our temperatures will begin to warm into the middle 80s. We’ll stay dry with a mixture of sun and clouds Friday through the weekend and even into early next week.
