Tekashi 6ix9ine Will Be Released From Prison In LESS Than One Year
Tekashi 6ix9ine will be a free man in just under one year, after a judge sentenced him to two years in federal prison but is giving him credit for his time served.
The 'Gummo' rapper has been sitting behind bars for the last 13 months awaiting sentencing in his criminal case. As we reported, Tekashi snitched on the Nine Trey Bloods gang and testified in open court about crimes in which he and other gang members were present.

2 Years In Prison-13 Months Time Served=11 Months
During today's hearing, the judge in his case sentenced the rapper to 24 Months in federal prison, with an additional 5 years of supervised release. But, he will get credit for the 13 months he has already spent behind bars -- so he will get out in late 2020.
Obviously, this is a huge break considered he facing a minimum of 37 years in federal prison for his guilty plea.
Tekashi was also ordered to complete 300 hours of community service, and pay a $35,000 fine. The judge spoke to 69 during the hearing, saying, "Mr Hernandez, the worst part is over. There is a great deal to be admired about you. You're learned a hard lesson here. I wish you very very well."

6ix9ine spoke in court today, saying, "Your Honor, I really don't know where to start. [Pause]. This past year, I can't describe it...I denounced being Nine Trey before the arrest. I was aware that the mother of my child was having sexual relations with Kifano Jordan. Via text messages. I was already kidnapped by Anthony Ellison."
He discussed meeting children suffering from cancer, and how the experience changed his life, "If I can be strong, they can be strong. When people see me, they don't only see Tekashi 69, the arrogant - I'm a human, I got organs just like everyone in this room. They see Daniel Hernandez, not Tekashi 69," he said.
Tekashi Led Out Of Court By U.S. Marshals To Begin The Sentence
The 'Kooda' rapper was faced with one of his victims who spoke out against him in the same hearing. She was shot in the foot during one of the incidents. Tekashi said about that incident, "I put myself into this position from Day One. I allowed them in. That was my decision. To the lady who came forward, Ms. LL, I don't know you. I'm sorry for what happened."
6ix9ine was led away by U.S. Marshall's after being handed down the sentence, and will remain in a New York Federal Prison until the end of next year.
Tekashi 6ix9ine: Cardi B, Jim Jones Are Bloods
As we reported, 6ix9ine went on to snitching campaign during a trial involving another Nine Trey Blood Gang member and at the same time threw several other famous musicians under the bus.
He testified rapper Jim Jones was a member of Nine Trey, and told the court that Cardi B was too a member of the Bloods gang too.
Trippie Redd and Casanova were also specifically named as part of the Bloods, and even though one of the incident was a hit put out against Chief Keef, Tekashi said in court he was a member of the Black Disciples.
