Razorbill, an imprint of Penguin Random House, announced Tuesday that it will publish Rookie Yearbooks 3 and 4. Founded in 2011, Rookie is a publication for teenage girls that has featured contributions from Lorde, Mindy Kaling and Lena Dunham.
