Teen slashed in the face in the Bronx: NYPD

THE BRONX, N.Y. (PIX11) — A 17-year-old male was beaten and slashed in the face on Monday afternoon, according to the NYPD.

The alleged attack occurred at around 3:30 p.m. in the vicinity of Valentine Avenue and East Fordham Road, police said.

Seven unknown individuals punched and kicked the victim and slashed him in the face before fleeing southbound on Valentine Avenue, police said.

The NYPD released surveillance images of the suspects.
