Teen mom takes front door into business school

After making a reported $1 million from selling her “sex tape” to Vivid Entertainment, Farrah Abraham will now pursue a business degree. She has enrolled at Pace University’s Lubin School of Business, TMZ reports.

The 22-year-old will be taking online courses to get her bachelors in business administration, with a focus on accounting and internal auditing. She says she hopes to go into the restaurant business after graduation.

Her 70-minute porn video, “Back Door Teen Mom,” was released in early May surrounding a huge publicity campaign. Despite her infamy from the tape, Abraham said she is going to business school for her four-year-old daughter.

“I’m the example for my daughter. Even though I’m already successfull and have a career it is always good to have your eggs in more than one basket. The more one can do, the less they have to rely on others,” Abraham told Businessweek.

Interestingly, the dean of the Lubin School, Neil S. Braun, used to be the CEO of Viacomm Entertainment — the company that owns MTV. Abraham first got air time in the MTV show “16 and Pregnant,” and then later in a follow up “Teen Mom.”
