Teen killed, 3 others critically injured, in Glenview crash Sunday night
A teenager is dead and three others are in critical condition after a crash in the northern suburbs, officials said Monday.
Police said the crash happened on the 1200 block of East Lake Avenue in Glenview around 11 p.m. Sunday. The teen killed was identified as Marko Niketic, 17, of Glenview, according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office.
Two cars were involved in the collision. Video showed one car at the scene split in half.
A portion of Lake Avenue remained blocked off Monday morning as officials continued to investigate the official cause of the crash.
