Teen arrested, accused of fatally shooting man in Harvey last week
HARVEY, La. (WGNO) — A teen has been arrested in the fatal shooting of a man in Harvey last week.
Deputies confirmed the arrest on Wednesday, April 17.
At 2:30 a.m. on Friday, April 12, Jefferson Parish deputies said they responded to a call of a shooting in the 4100 block of Lac Du Bay Drive.

According to deputies, when they arrived, a man was found suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound.
He was taken to a hospital where he later died.
The victim’s identity has not yet been released.
The teen was booked on charges of second-degree murder, obstruction of justice and being a juvenile in possession of a handgun, according to JPSO deputies.
The crime remains under investigation.
