Tech plunges as the financials sector soars

Stocks (^DJI, ^GSPC, ^IXIC) are selling off at the midday mark, with the tech (XLK) and utilities (XLU) sectors the most in the red, and energy (XLE) and financials (XLF) the most in the green.
