TCPD: Pedestrian hit by car

Mar. 15—TRAVERSE CITY — A person got hit by a car, Traverse City Police Department officials said.

The pedestrian was walking across the street at the intersection of Front and Rose when a car traveling 5 mph hit them, police reported Tuesday.

In the Monday crash, there were no injuries, no damage was reported, and no citation was issued. Police officials said they thought the pedestrian might be homeless.
