The airline, which is part of the Lufthansa Group, first began its flights to Germany in 2021, with it operating four days a week. It later added a fifth day before the latest shift to a daily route.

Over 210,000 people have taken the route since its inception, according to the Tampa International Airport.

At this time, economy flights to Frankfurt costs from $765 to over $1,300, with the cheaper flights being available in the fall months. There are also business, first class, and premium economy spots available for higher prices.
