Taiwan to help finance rebuilding of Bucha, Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Odesa, Sumy, and Zaporizhzhya

In a statement, Wu also condemned atrocities committed by Russian troops when they occupied Bucha and other Ukrainian towns.
“The Bucha atrocities are war crimes, which are crucial to condemn, and the perpetrators – to punish,” said Wu.

“Taiwan will continue to support Ukrainians, and will assist in the (post-war) restoration.”
Earlier, head of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen said that the EU would lead post-war restoration efforts in Ukraine.

President of the World Economic Forum Borge Brende has also called for a new Marshall Plan for Ukraine.
Czech PM Petr Fiala said that post-war Ukrainian recovery would be a priority for the Czech Republic in EU policy-making.
