‘Tails and Ales’ event aims to find homes for local rescues, raise funds
ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Animal Humane held their Tails and Ales Adoption Event on Saturday.
The event kicked off at Santa Fe Brewing Company located inside Green Jeans in Albuquerque.
The adoption event also doubled as a fundraiser. For every beer sold, a dollar went back to help the non-profit shelter cover the cost of care for the animals.
Officials said the event has something for everyone to enjoy. If you don’t have the ability to adopt, the shelter said they need foster parents, volunteers, and food donations.
