When you think of Taco Bell, an upscale eatery is probably the last thing to come to your mind, right? So when news broke this past May that Taco Bell would be testing out four different *swanky* designs in southern California, a lot of us couldn’t believe what we were hearing and wondered when the redesigns would actually be open to the public.

Well, it looks like that day has finally arrived! Taco Bell officially opened all of it’s redesigned restaurants in Orange County and we have to say, they’re fancy AF.

California Sol

Open in Newport Beach, CA, the California Sol design definitely reminds us of the ocean with that super-cool turquoise exposed brick!

This mission-style restaurant is now serving customers in Tustin, CA. We love the eclectic floors and dark wooden tables!

Modern Explorer

Bright, open windows and family style seating makes us want to dine at the Santa Ana location ASAP! With a bunch of tacos, of course!

Urban Edge

Okay! This one is super fancy. It’s open in La Brea, CA and apparently “represents international high street style done the Taco Bell way.” We think they hit the nail on the head with that one!

These fancy new designs aren’t the only way Taco Bell is updating their image. The fast food chain has plans to open a 24-hour restaurant in Vegas that serves — get this — ALCOHOLIC SLUSHIES!

Alright, who’s down for a Taco Bell road trip?
