We Can’t Stop Watching Luke Bryan Bust Some Moves on the Street in Cleveland
Ahead of his performance at Progressive Field on Saturday, July 15, for his Huntin', Fishin' & Lovin' Every Day Tour, Luke Bryan gave another impromptu performance on Prospect Avenue in downtown Cleveland, proving that sometimes unplanned things can lead to some of the most entertaining moments.
Bryan and the Peach Pickers (Nashville-based songwriters Bryan frequently collaborates with) were driving by on Saturday when they heard a street guitarist playing Bryan’s hit song, "That’s My Kind of Night." Bryan, then, jumped out of the car and started dancing in the street with the Cleveland busker. The street performer was actually Thomas Rhett’s singer-songwriter father, Rhett Akins, who decided to fill in for a struggling musician to help him collect more donations.
The unforgettable moment was captured by Ben Hayslip (one third of the Peach Pickers) in this Instagram video, with the caption: "This street player named Luke Brown is pretty good! Even got @lukebryan dancin! #whoisyou @officialrhettakins."

We know the Georgia native has no problem showing off his dance moves on stage, but seeing the country singer in rare booty-shaking form off the stage is another thing entirely. This random sidewalk performance in Cleveland was almost as good as the time we spotted him dancing a jig to his song, “Country Girl (Shake It for Me),” at the playoff game between the Nashville Predators and the St. Louis Blues back in April.

Judging by these clips of Bryan’s off-the-cuff dancing, it seems like he has no problem embodying the expression, "Dance like there's nobody watching....sing like there's nobody listening."
