AT&T bringing LTE to 44 more markets by the end of the year

AT&T’s enhanced Push-to-talk service to launch in November with Android, BlackBerry support

AT&T (T) customers in Philadelphia, Seattle, Pittsburgh and dozens of other markets will get access to the carrier’s LTE services by the end of the year, AT&T announced Thursday. AppleInsider has helpfully compiled a list of every market that received an individual press release announcing LTE availability by the end of the year and has tallied that AT&T will be bringing its LTE network to a total of 44 new markets. In addition to the three listed above, AT&T will also be offering LTE to prominent markets such as Milwaukee, Memphis, Detroit, Cincinnati and Portland, Ore. among others.
