BREVARD — SylvanSport, the Brevard-based maker of camping trailers, rooftop tents and outdoor gear, recently announced a partnership with Make-A-Wish Central & Western North Carolina, and the first wish recipient was all smiles a few weeks ago as she had her dream come true.

Annie, 9, suffers from congenital heart disease. According to a news release, she had always dreamed of going camping at the beach with her parents, Emily and Clay. SylvanSport and Make-A-Wish teamed up to make her dream come true.

A few months ago, Annie and her family were presented with a brand-new GO Camping Trailer and other gifts, the news release said.
