FAR ROCKAWAY, Queens (PIX11) – A man accused of killing NYPD Officer Jonathan Diller in Queens on Monday was in a car that was illegally parked at a bus stop, according to police.

Diller told Rivera to get out when Rivera allegedly pulled out a gun and shot the 31-year-old officer below the vest in the stomach, according to authorities.
