SureQuest Systems, Inc. Announces Acquisition of NutraManager Software

DALLAS, TX--(Marketwire - Oct 15, 2012) - SureQuest Systems, Inc. (OTCBB: SUQU), a leading provider of dietary software solutions for the healthcare industry, announced today that it has acquired all rights to the software application NutraManager™ from Nutra Tech Technology, LLC of Charlotte, North Carolina.

NutraManager™ is the brainchild of Maggie Gilligan, MS, RD and the sole product of Nutra Tech Technology, LLC which will cease operations. It is with great pleasure that we can also announce that Mrs. Gilligan will be joining the management team at SureQuest this Fall as Director of Customer Success.

Maggie Gilligan has owned and operated Nutra Tech Technology, LLC for the past nine years and as a Systems Analyst/Clinical Informaticist during that time developed and marketed the NutraManager™ software application. Her extensive experience in health care management and consulting has developed a competent skill set in software development life cycles, implementation, business processes, and documentation. She is knowledgeable in relational databases, data mining, and quality assurance processes. She has been successful in both extended and acute health care industries. Her goals include improving health care delivery with informatics. Maggie has chaired the Nutrition Care Process / Standard Language committee of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Assn, as well as the Informatics Committee.

NutraManager™ is a software solution focused on maximizing the quality of nutritional delivery through an automated solution. NutraManager's™ mission is to provide clients with a software solution that has been crafted to specifically meet their unique industry demands and enable them to enhance care though the advanced use of technology.
