Supergirl Sneak Peek: Lena Leaves Kara Blushing After a Run-In With Her Ex
Three is definitely a crowd in TVLine’s first look at Monday’s Supergirl (The CW, 8/7c).

The above clip reunites Lena Luthor with her ex-boyfriend, tech genius Jack Spheer (played by iZombie‘s Rahul Kohli), and she isn’t the least bit subtle about wanting to catch up one-on-one — after sending Kara into a giggle fit with some well-deserved flattery, of course.
But before you worry about Kara and Lena’s friendship getting derailed by this shady newcomer, allow Katie McGrath to ease your mind: “We’ve spent 18 episodes over the season building a friendship between the two of them, and it’s not going to be able to be destroyed in one episode,” the actress recently told TVLine.

Monday’s episode marks the end of a brief hiatus for Supergirl, which wraps its second season on May 22. In the coming weeks, we’ll see the returns of Superman/Clark Kent (played by Tyler Hoechlin) and the all-powerful Cat Grant (played by Calista Flockhart). We’ll also meet Supergirl‘s incarnation of Kryptonian baddie General Zod (played by Mark Gibbon).
