What Superbowl winning quarterback Tom Brady eats for breakfast
Tom Brady is not just any supermodel squeeze.
He may be married to Gisele, but he also happens to be one of the most successful NFL players the US has ever seen, with five Super Bowl wins under his belt.
Then you have Gisele, who has been the world’s highest paid supermodel for 14 years running thanks to contracts with Chanel, Carolina Herrera and Pantene.
Talk about power couple.
However, success and good looks doesn’t necessarily come as easy as you might think (thank God) as it’s revealed that the pair live an entirely organic, gluten-free, sugar-free, dairy-free, flour-free and mushroom-free existence.
You’d be forgiven for thinking that they live off air.
If so, Brady must be the world’s most creative NFL player, as he has just released an entire cookbook with recipes and workouts that he swears by.

Nitrogen soup? Water vapour tartare? Carbon en croute?
Nope, apparently the book is filled with tantalising recipes featuring lean proteins, vegetables and complex carbohydrates.

"I'm not opposed to meat, obviously. We have roast chicken in here," he said on CBS This Morning as he toured the TV crew around his kitchen.
Brady is pretty hot on anti-inflammatory foods, and so avoids all nightshade vegetables. So that’s no aubergine, mushrooms or peppers.
As for breakfast, he keeps it pretty simple: a “really calorie-dense, nutrient-dense smoothie," which he revealed typically consists of protein powder, non-dairy milk, nuts, seeds and maybe a blueberry or two for good measure.
"I love to workout. I love to train. I love to eat good. And you know why I love to eat good? 'Cause it makes me feel better," he said.
