Sunday Conversation: Chief Chattahoochee Circuit Superior Court Judge Art Smith sits down with WRBL

COLUMBUS, Ga. (WRBL) — Superior Court Judge Art Smith is the chief judge for the Chattahoochee Judicial Circuit.

It’s a six-county circuit in West Georgia that includes Muscogee, Harris, Talbot, Chattahoochee, Marion and Taylor counties.

Smith sat down with WRBL’s Chuck Williams recently for a wide-ranging Sunday Conversation. They talked about the backlog in the courts and how the Superior Court judges are working through it.

The judge also talked about crimes and the trends in Columbus, the largest community in the circuit.
