Sun, clouds expected for Memorial Day in Greater Cincinnati
A lot of sun, and some clouds were expected to greet Cincinnati area residents on Memorial Day following a cloudy and rainy Sunday.
A cold front is moving through the region, according to the National Weather Service in Wilmington, bringing the low chance of rain and possibly breezy conditions.
Morning temperatures were in the low 60s, and highs in the upper 70s were predicted by the National Weather Service, with the cold front marking the beginning of a cooldown this week.
At least 23 Duke Energy customers in the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky were still without power after severe thunderstorms Sunday, according to the Duke Energy outage map at 10 am. This included 15 people on the West Side and 1 person in Northern Kentucky.
