Stunning Toilet Paper Wedding Dress Wins $10,000 Prize. You Gotta See It!

Think of those lame bridal shower games, with blob-like toilet paper wedding gowns that are good for a laugh, but not much else.

Well, Donna Pope VIncler’s amazing creation would wipe the floor with them.

Vincler was crowned today as the winner of the 11th annual Cheap Chic Weddings Toilet Paper Wedding Dress Contest.

Her creation featured a tuxedo-inspired design, with a flowing, flower-covered train, and an adorable bow tie. The top hat and veil may have helped her standout in a field of 10 impressive finalists.

For her efforts, Vincler, who lives in Brentwood, Tennessee, won $10,000. Her dress will be turned into a real ready-to-wear item available for sale.

“I love anything creative and related to the arts, so I thought I could try this, this could be fun,” Vincler told News 2.

“Little did I know how difficult it is to work with toilet paper.”

Apparently Vincler was a fast learner. The event was sponsored by Charmin (of course) and was held at Kleinfeld Bridal’s in New York City, the wedding salon made famous by the TLC show “Say Yes to the Dress.

Contestants from all over the country submitted their best designs for a wedding dress using only toilet paper, glue, tape, and a needle and thread. Each finalist used between two and 40 rolls of Charmin Basic, Charmin Ultra Soft, Charmin Ultra Strong.

Which dress is your favorite? Look through them all and see if you agree with the judges’ selection!
