Winners and losers

Stocks in the red today include Dollar Tree as current quarter guidance missed the mar; Mondelez as Bloomberg reports Morgan Stanley is offering 19.5 million shares for sale; and Ross Stores, with shares of the discount retailer down despite an earnings beat, as it issued a cautious fiscal 2018 profit guidance

Stocks in the green include H&R Block as the tax prep service reported an earnings beat and said it had a ‘strong tax season;’ Autodesk as the software firm beat on both the top and bottom line, yet guidance was light; and Abercrombie & Fitch, with shares climbing as the much-maligned teen retailer beat on earnings as same store sales in the holiday quarter jumped 5%.
