Stocks slide as US moves ahead with tariffs
Stocks (^DJI, ^GSPC, ^IXIC) are sliding after the U.S. announced it’s hitting the EU, Canada and Mexico with tariffs on aluminum and steel. The technology (XLK) sector is most in the green, and the consumer staples (XLP) sector is most in the red. Yahoo Finance’s Jared Blikre joins us live from the floor of the New York Stock Exchange to talk markets.
