Stocks start the day higher as Trump announces deals in Saudi Arabia; Ford fires Fields, names new CEO

Wall Street started the day in the plus column as oil prices rose and investors weighed a series of billion-dollar deals between the US and Saudi Arabia, which involve companies including Boeing (BA) and Lockheed (LMT).
