Stocks give up early gains, Trump signs budget bill
Stocks (^DJI, ^GSPC, ^IXIC) are flip-flopping, with the technology (XLK) and utility (XLU) sectors leading the way. The energy (XLE) and consumer discretionary (XLY) sectors are most in the red.
