Stocks mixed, WH eases ZTE sanctions as China cuts auto tariffs
Stocks (^DJI, ^GSPC, ^IXIC) are mixed as China slashes auto tariffs. The finance sector (XLF) sector is most in the green, and the real estate (XLRE) sector is most in the red.
