Steve’s Setlist: Cooler & refreshing for Mother’s Day weekend
The unsettled weather continues for another day, so that means our daily isolated chance of a shower or thunderstorms continues for Friday. But more refreshing and drier weather should take over for Mother’s Day weekend!
Track 1:
One For My Baby (And One More For The Road) by Frank Sinatra
One more round of this unsettled weather for our Friday – expect sunshine early on, increasing clouds by the afternoon with a few pop up showers or thunderstorms by the late afternoon and evening. The trailing cool front from this broad system slides into the region to help trigger our late day/evening rain chances.
Track 2:
Stubborn Love by The Lumineers
Even though the system moves out Saturday, clouds will remain pretty stubborn as a northeast breeze takes over. This will pin our temperatures down in the 60s for a majority of the region, with a few stray showers possible.
Track 3:
Better Together by Jack Johnson
While we get together with mom on Sunday for Mother’s Day, the weather should be much better. A mix of sun and clouds, refreshing with low humidity, and temperatures in the low 70s. Only an outside chance of stray shower here or there.
