From Woman's Day

It's hard to believe that it's been 10 years since the tragic death of Steve Irwin, but the Crocodile Hunter star's legacy lives on thanks to his loving family. His wife, Terri, recently shared why she hasn't dated anyone since Steve's death, and as she continues to preserve the Steve Irwin Wildlife Reserve, her love for him remains strong.

The 52-year-old Australian Zoo owner recently honored her late husband by posting a sweet throwback photo to celebrate what would have been a tremendous milestone in their relationship. "Today would have been our 25th wedding anniversary," she tweeted on June 4. "I miss you so very much, and I am grateful every day for the time we had together."

The couple married in 1992 and settled in Australia, where they owned and operated the Australia Zoo. In 2006, at only 44, Steve died after a stingray barb fatally pierced his heart.

The couple have two children, now teenagers, Bindi and Bob, who seem to be following in their parents' footsteps."I've got beautiful kids and a lot of wonderful conservation work," Terri told Access Hollywood. "So, I'm lonely for Steve but I'm not a lonely person."

Terri frequently shares sweet photos of her late husband on social media, proving they truly were soulmates.
