Steve Harvey’s Singing Skills Gives Girl the Giggles on ‘Little Big Shots’

On Little Big Shots, three young members of the Johnson family stopped by to show off their a capella singing style to Steve Harvey. The Johnson sisters, from Valdosta, Ga., are 9-year-old Brooklyn, 10-year-old Kaden, and 12-year-old Nya. They sang an a capella version of “My Girl,” a hit made famous in 1964 by the Temptations.

According to the Valdosta Daily Times, the siblings started singing as toddlers and have been performing a capella gospel at churches, weddings, and talent shows.

The siblings came prepared for Harvey with a simple song. It was a harmonization among the three siblings with the lyrics, “Hello, hello, hello, hello, Mr. Steve Harvey.”

Harvey was impressed and couldn’t help but get in on the fun. So he told them he was going to do the bass part in the song. When the kids sang it again and Harvey tried to sing a low “hello,” Nya caught a serious case of the giggles.

Little Big Shots airs Wednesdays at 8 p.m. on NBC. Watch clips and full episodes of Little Big Shots for free on Yahoo View.
