ENDICOTT, N.Y. (WETM) – The best in Section IV girls basketball hit the court again Wednesday night.
The annual Stars and Stripes Girls Basketball All-Star game pitted the region’s top players against one another in Endicott. In the end, Insurance Office of America All-Stars topped team Guthrie 63-58. Members from the Elmira region competed against the Binghamton area in a memorable night of basketball.
