Queens, N.Y. (PIX11) — An annual St. Patrick’s Day luncheon in Queens honored former PIX11 reporter Mary Murphy Wednesday afternoon.
The Queen’s Chamber of Commerce hosts its luncheon to honor Irish Americans in the Queens community.
The grandson of former president John F. Kennedy, Jack Schlossberg, was also celebrated. The event included Celtic traditions, food and entertainment.
Mary Murphy retired from the PIX11 News family at the beginning of this year. Murphy received 30 Emmy awards for her journalism at PIX11 News.
