Per court documents, one trooper began following Tuzlakovic, who eventually crashed into a truck on I-64 at State Road 165. Tire marks indicated that he crossed into the northbound lane of SR165, leading to the collision.

After the crash, Tuzlakovic told authorities he was on his way to a concert. He complied with a chemical test, though refused X-rays after the collision, per court documents.

Tuzlakovic was booked into the Posey County Jail after the crash and has a court hearing scheduled for April 17, per Indiana court records.
