"These five individuals were instrumental in the consolidation of the three St. Joseph County Road Commission garages (Colon, Three Rivers and Centreville) into a central location in Centreville, Michigan. The recipients will be honored at 5 p.m., May 15 during the road commission board meeting, 20914 M-86, Centreville. The public is welcome to attend.
