According to the parish, customers who receive paper bills will have their new account instructions printed on their next bill and will be able to go online and register that information.

“Our water billing system has been frustrating for our residents and staff over the years, so we are thrilled to usher in a new era of real-time payments and online accounts for the convenience of our residents,” said President Jewell.
