St. Ann man accused of child enticement

ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. – University City investigators claim a St. Ann man was enticing children online and had gone to a local park for the purpose of meeting an underage minor.

According to a University City Police Department spokesperson, officers received information identifying Richard Manor, 48, as a potential child predator.

Manor was said to be waiting at Flynn Park to meet a child.

Tennessee police searching for missing Mizzou student

Police went to the park and detained Manor for questioning. They claim he confessed his intentions.

The St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office charged Manor with enticement of a child under the age of 15. He was jailed on a $250,000 cash-only bond.
