Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-NY) mocked his Democratic primary opponent for stumping alone in his congressional district – while he appeared to be in San Francisco raising money from tech millionaires.

In a since-deleted social media post, Bowman took a jab at rival George Latimer after the candidate posted a picture of himself campaigning outside Lenny’s bagel shop in Rye Brook.

“Saturday morning bagel store campaigning has begun. Today: Lenny’s Bagels, Rye Brook at 8:15am. Many many more ahead. #RealResultsNotRhetoric #NY16,” Latimer posted on X.

The 70-year-old Latimer, who is now the Westchester County executive, was seen grinning in front of the bagel store by himself with a campaign sign at 8:15 a.m.

Bowman replied by posting a mocking meme previously posted by Nathaniel Fielder that said, “Out on the town having the time of my life with a bunch of friends. They’re all just out of frame, laughing too.”

But Bowman ended up getting roasted for the post after one of his San Francisco Bay millionaire buddies, Hims & Hers telehealth co-founder Andrew Dudum, posted a selfie photo of him with the congressman at his Frisco home.

“This man is family. He speaks truth to power and for that is always welcome in our home.
Thank you Congressman for speaking up on behalf of so many in need.@RepBowman,” Dudum said.

Bowman, seen flashing a sideways peace sign with Dudum, deleted his tweet of Latimer — but not before politicos took a screen grab.

The Latimer camp pounced, saying it showed Bowman’s focus wasn’t on the district he represents: New York’s 16th, which includes part of the Bronx and Westchester.

“Bowman is stooping to a new low here, making condescending comments about George actually grassroots campaigning in the district, while he is 3,000 miles away collecting checks from millionaires,” the Latimer campaign said in a statement.

“Bowman ignoring and insulting his constituents in favor of his donors explains why he’s been unable to find support here, but we’re happy to keep building a grassroots campaign we can be proud of while he’s away.”

Bowman’s campaign declined to comment.

The two-term progressive Democrat, who is a member of the House of Representatives’ left-leaning “Squad” led by Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, has run into a series of political controversies in recent months.

Bowman, 47, was censured by the Republican-led House of Representatives for pulling a fire alarm in a Capitol Hill office building last year, delaying a vote to avert a government shutdown.

He’s also come under fire recently for defending his decision of including convicted cop killer Joanne Chesimard on his Bronx middle school’s “Hall of Honor” when he was principal.

Chesimard was convicted with two others in the execution-style slaying of New Jersey State Trooper Werner Foerster in 1973 before she escaped jail and fled to Cuba.

The head of the NYPD’s Detectives’ Endowment Association Monday called on House Speaker Mike Johnson to have the House reprimand Bowman for defending his honoring of Chesimard at the Cornerstone Academy for Social Action.
