All in the family! Shilo Sanders joins dad Deion, brother Shedeur at Colorado

The Sanderses are piling up in Boulder.

Former Jackson State defensive back Shilo Sanders, the son of Colorado head football coach Deion Sanders and older brother of new Buffaloes quarterback Shedeur, announced he has committed to Colorado.

Shilo made the announcement in a video he posted Saturday to his Twitter account.

Overlaid in the video was a soundbite from his father during his introductory news conference when he was announced as Colorado's news head coach.

"It's going to be a different place," Deion Sanders said then. "A different feel, a different attitude, a different energy. A different work ethic, a different want, a different hunger, a different desire. A different capacity. It's going to be a different reach. We got a few positions already taken care of because I'm bringing my luggage with me – and it's Louis (Vuitton)."

In that comment during the news conference, Deion Sanders had hinted that both his sons would be joining him to play at Colorado. Shedeur already transferred to the program earlier this spring from Jackson State, where their father coached both of them.

Shilo and Shedeur entered the transfer portal in December, shortly after Deion took the job in Boulder. Shilo's decision to transfer comes after he received his degree from Jackson State earlier in May. Shilo has two years of eligibility remaining. In the rest of the video, Shilo puts on the Colorado uniform, wearing the jersey No. 21, which is the one his father made famous while in the NFL with the Atlanta Falcons, Dallas Cowboys and San Francisco 49ers, among others.

Shilo becomes the latest piece in a complete roster overhaul that had previously been unprecedented at the college level, as Colorado has added nearly 50 transfers since Sanders took over as head coach.
