Spend spring break with the animals at CALM

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The California Living Museum is once again inviting families to spend spring break with the animals.

CALM’s “Spring Fling” event will take place daily beginning Tuesday, March 26 through Saturday, March 30 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Organizers say the event will feature a variety of fun-filled activities as well as Keeper Chats each morning and afternoon.

The Central Valley Children’s Railroad will be running from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day, with a cost of $2 dollars per ride. Kids can also bring along their favorite stuffed animal for a free “health check” from CALM’s vet helpers.
