SPD makes arrest in case of missing teen

Apr. 22—The Stillwater Police Department arrested a man police accused of killing a teen who had not been seen since January 2023.

Social media alerts went out on Teedeenae "Jackson" Yearby, an Indigenous 17 year old, in February 2023. SPD sent out an alert to counter social media reports that Yearby had been found. He was last seen Jan. 26., 2023 in Stillwater, according to SPD.
