Spanish singer Julio Iglesias to perform in Malaysia

One of the best-selling artists of all time and the best-selling Latin artist in history, Julio Iglesias will be performing a headlining concert in Malaysia this December, following his tour of Australia.

The Spanish singer-songwriter released his 60th studio album "México" in September 2015, which peaked at number one on the Billboard US Latin Pop Albums and number two on the US Top Latin Albums.

The 73-year-old veteran has sold over 300 million records worldwide in 14 languages, and has more than 400 gold and platinum records certified.

Iglesias had three children with ex-wife Isabel Preysler including Spanish socialite Chabeli Iglesias, Spanish singer Julio Iglesias, Jr, and internationally well-known Spanish singer-songwriter and actor Enrique Iglesias, who is widely regarded as the King of Latin Pop.

After marrying Dutch model Miranda Rijnsburger, 22-years his junior, Iglesias gained five younger children; Miguel Alejandro Iglesias, Rodrigo Iglesias, twins Cristina and Victoria Iglesias and Guillermo Iglesias.

Julio Iglesias will be having a concert on 11 December 2016 at the Arena of Stars, Genting Highlands.

He last performed here in 2012 for a free concert, which marked the re-launch of Starhill Gallery.

Tickets for his concert range from RM120 to RM890, and will go on sale via rwgenting.com, starting from 29 September onwards.
