South Park Brewing moving to Old Colorado City

(OLD COLORADO CITY, Colo.) — A brewery that has been serving mountain communities for a decade will be making its new home on the west side of Colorado Springs.

South Park Brewing has been serving up food and brews to the town of Fairplay, south of Breckenridge, for 10 years. The brewery made the announcement on Facebook, on March 22, that it would be relocating to the former Smiling Toad Brewery location in Old Colorado City.

“We have been eternally grateful for all our support the last 10 years and look forward to the next chapter for the brewpub in Colorado Springs,” South Park Brewing said.

The new brewery will be located at 2028 Sheldon Avenue, just north of Highway 24 and 21st Street. The brewery will offer its tried-and-true beers, including a S’mores Imperial Stout and Kiwi Hazy IPA, along with a new food menu. View the full beer list on South Park’s website.

You may recognize the brewery’s name, as its beers can be found at numerous liquor stores around Colorado Springs.

South Park Brewing said they anticipate a grand opening date for the brewpub in late May or early June. You can follow their progress on Facebook and Instagram.
