South Africa's new finmin Gordhan to speak to media at 1100 GMT

JOHANNESBURG (Reuters) - South Africa's newly appointed Finance Minister Pravin Gordhan will address the media on Monday after he was reappointed to the position on Sunday night by President Jacob Zuma, the Treasury said on Monday. Gordhan held the post of finance minister from 2009 to 2014, when he was replaced with Nhlanhla Nene and moved to the post of minister for cooperative governance and traditional affairs. Nene was fired on Wednesday, sparking market turmoil. (Reporting by Mfuneko Toyana; Editing by James Macharia)
